About Steve Payne
Steve was issued the Licence to operate Payne Realty in 2009 after first entering the industry in late 2006.
Steve comes to Real Estate with 16 years experience as a Secondary Mathematics Teacher. He also has extensive sales experience including 7 years in life insurance and some sales in the new homes industry. These experiences enable Steve to relate well to people's needs and wants, while also maintaining sound negotiating skills.
In the last 3 years, Steve's real estate sales have been made in the areas of Secret Harbour, Warnbro and Port Kennedy. Steve lives in Secret Harbour, specialising on sales in this suburb with his wife Jayne. Their joint effort means that clients receive the best of two sets of skills.
When not selling homes Steve enjoys boating, fishing, surfing and playing golf.
